How to make grilled shrimp (resep udang bakar)







Ingredients :
4 large fresh tiger shrimps choice
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1/2 tablespoon margarine
1/2 clove garlic
1/2 teaspoon salt

Smear of grilled shrimp seasoning sauce :
1/2 tablespoon fried shallots
1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon bottled chili sauce
1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
50 milliliters of soy sauce

How to make grilled shrimp sauce :
